In May 2012 Worcester BID installed 4 footfall counters in the city centre. There is one counter in Broad Street (the former Specsavers unit), two on the High Street (Marks & Spencer and Wilkos) and the other one is in Pump Street (Eagle Vaults). These counters are an excellent means of assessing how busy the city is by area, day and even hour – allowing you to compare your own footfall or turnover figures and put them in context while also comparing them from year-to-year.
Worcester BID email these reports to subscribers on a weekly and monthly basis free of charge. All we need from you is the email address you want the information sent to, your name and which business you represent.
