Coach Driver Vouchers

Worcester BID is offering all coach drivers who visit Worcester a complimentary £10 voucher to spend on food and drink whilst parked in Worcester city centre on business. This entitles you to spend up to £10 at any of the participating businesses.

Here is what you need to do:

• Once parked, visit the Worcester Tourist Information Centre, Guildhall, High Street (open Monday to Saturday 9.30am until 5pm) to collect your voucher or alternatively contact our City Ambassadors on 01905 731612 .
• To validate your voucher, the driver will need to sign their name and coach company. Any costs over £10 must be incurred by the driver and full terms and conditions are outlined on the voucher itself.
• Show your voucher at the point of order at any of the participating businesses to ensure that they will honour it and then hand it over at time of payment. Please note that the offer can only be used once per visit and no change can be given. It only covers the cost of food and drink. You will have details of all of the participating outlets and a map to show where they are when you collect your voucher.

Meet & Greet Service

The Worcester BID City Ambassadors offer a meet and greet service for visitors to Worcester as well as liaising with the businesses themselves. They not only point people in the right direction, they can take them there as well. Our City Ambassadors are happy to welcome your coach on arrival in Worcester at a pre-agreed time for any future trips to the city you are planning. They can offer to give a very quick introduction to your customers and inform them of where the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is, the location of attractions and nearby toilets and any other general information. The nearby TIC will be able to provide any more specific information and maps.

All we ask is that you let the Ambassadors know in advance when the coach is arriving, and they will meet your coach. This offers a great start to what will hopefully be a memorable trip.
