Information for BID businesses & exhibitors

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the Worcester Foodie Fortnight from 27th July to 9th August 2015. A key event of this campaign period will be the Worcester Foodie Festival on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2015.

• Special £5 or £10 Foodie Fortnight Menu
• Breakfast or Lunch Club (your choice of offers and dates)
• Market Stalls (free to BID businesses; High Street or in front of your business, if space permits)
• Cookery demonstrations (get actively involved or supply ingredients/equipment)
• Hands-on workshops (get actively involved or supply ingredients/equipment)
• Food & drink trail (stamp card with opportunity for sampling and sales)
• Competition prizes for prize draws
• Activities / competitions at your own premises
• Food & drink talks at your own premises
• Colourful event bunting
• Window dressing competition (2x £50 prizes; judged by visitors and a professional)

Alternatively, please download the relevant forms below. The official application/sign up closing date is Friday 26th June. Applications after the closing date may be considered at Worcester BID’s discretion and are subject to availability, but we may not be able to feature these in the printed programme at this late stage.

We will be holding Foodie Drop-in Sessions for BID businesses on Friday 19^th June. Just pop in at any time between 9.30am and 11.30am and between 3pm and 5pm at our Worcester BID office at 4 Copenhagen Street. If you have any other ideas of how you would like to get involved we are more than happy to discuss these with you at these sessions and try to integrate them where possible.
