Uniquely Worcester Campaigns

Uniquely Worcester is a campaign run by the Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) and aimed to promote the diversity and quality of the offer of small firms in the city centre. This year’s Uniquely Worcester campaign will run from Monday 2nd November to Saturday 5th December 2015, celebrating Worcester’s independent businesses. 

 

2015 Campaign Information for Worcester BID businesses

Uniquely Worcester Offers CardThe core element of the 2015 Uniquely Worcester campaign will be the new Exclusive Offers Card, which is designed to raise awareness of the range and quality of independent businesses Worcester city centre has, and to encourage spend and repeat business. The card will be valid for the 5 week campaign period and 10,000 copies of this practical credit card sized card will be produced. The card is free to customers and there is no cost to BID businesses to submit an offer.

We would like to see as many independent businesses such as yours getting involved and benefiting from the campaign. Whilst the submission deadline for inclusion in the printed leaflet has now passed, we can still produce individual Did you know posters and promote your offer via our website and social media, so please ensure you complete and return the Uniquely Worcester Business Sign Up Form. You can email the form to info@worcesterbid.com, hand the form to a Street Ranger (07982 405009) or to our office at 4 Copenhagen Street.

 

People can pick up their free card from participating businesses, at key distribution points such as the Tourist Information Centre and other strategic locations in and around Worcester such as at major employers’ reception areas, restaurants, pubs and hotels.

The card will be complemented by Uniquely Worcester campaign themed bunting to highlight independent businesses, as well as bespoke Did you know… posters, where you can promote your business and tell visitors a fact as to why you are unique.

  • Berrow’s Worcester Journal Wrap (5th November)

  • Cross-promotion on the Worcester BID wallplanner, in the Worcester BID events leaflet, Motor Festival and Foodie Festival programmes

Past Campaigns

The 2014 Uniquely Worcester campaign ran from Thursday 11th to Saturday 27th September 2014, celebrating Worcester’s independent businesses. As part of this campaign we produced ‘Uniquely Yours…’, a high quality, lifestyle, coffee-table book, designed to promote Worcester as a unique place to shop, eat, play and live.
