attached letter from Worcestershire County Council seeking your support to help them with a bid to dual the link road between the Ketch and Powick islands including the Carrington bridge. Hopefully diverting traffic which simply passes through the city centre at present. All it needs is a quick
email and the more input from businesses, the better! They apologise unreservedly for the short notice but Central Government have only just sent out the offer to bid with the end of the month deadline.
